Poor Admission & cash Collection management in A.O Clinic

while i is visited the said orthopedic clinic  in the year 2016 following things were observed by me , first of all A.O. Clinic is having very poor outdated counter management  system along with that very poor MIS system that in-fact  not fully functional , it seems they are using this technique to avoid actual income of the hospital to conceal /avert taxes system, this suggest that if any patient is admitted in hospital all the medical report and billing has to tagged to M.R Numbers (unique code given to specific patient for tracking) make it digitally easy for what he was admitted and what treat he was given and what medical reports were done in the pathological segments / X rays .

It is very alarming in Pakistan, that any one can open medical treatment clinic at their own will /discretion in their home backyard and start making money & exuberant profit with out having proper qualification and licences from concerned authority, similarly their is no proper check & balance system neither permission mechanism in Pakistan by any authority or by Pakistan Medical & Dental council to recheck the standards of minimum medical center operation/qualification system or are they adhering all the SOP's related to medical institution.  

Haphazard & poor Cash Counter management by A.O Clinic, Nazimabad, Khi

you may see that all the patient relative/friend and family members are standing haphazard manner and seems very worried their is no proper counter for ladies in-fact the cashier seating on counter acting very lethargically, this cash counter is located on the entrance left side of an bungalow converted into hospital without proper infrastructure.
